The PHOEBE (Predictive Approaches for Safer Urban Environment) project is an EU-funded initiative focused on improving road safety for vulnerable road users, particularly those using active mobility and e-scooters. The 3.5-year project uses traffic simulation and road safety assessment across pilot cities in Athens, Valencia, and West Midlands.
