Reimagine Food operates as a disruptive innovation hub focused on rethinking food, cooking, agriculture, and food production for the 21st century. The organization brings together startups, corporate partners (including Barilla, Danone, Nestlé, Carrefour, and Heineken), major research institutions (CERN, Stanford University, ESADE, IESE), and investors to bridge gaps between emerging technology and traditional food industries. Reimagine Food manages an ecosystem of over 400 food-tech startups, operates an acceleration program called Prometheus, maintains a research lab with 16 active research lines, and has developed SmartfoodS, an AI-powered digital platform for food innovation.
