Roeffaers Lab
Research lab focused on developing novel microscopy modalities for in situ characterization of advanced materials and catalysts.
The Roeffaers Lab, part of the Leuven NanoCentre, develops optical and electron microscopy imaging approaches including fluorescence and Raman-based techniques. Research is centered on studying working catalysts and advanced materials like perovskite-based solar cells, with work organized under the Centre for Membrane separations, Adsorption, Catalysis and Spectroscopy (cMACS).
