SmartSPIN
SmartSPIN develops an innovative business model integrating energy smart services with advanced technologies to address energy efficiency and flexibility in commercial rented buildings.
SmartSPIN is an EU-funded project with a €2M budget running for 3 years across 7 partners in 4 countries. It provides a web app to help identify building typologies suitable for energy renovation and offers training on energy performance contracting and the novel business model to actors in the value chain.
