Twikey
Founded in 2013 in Ghent, Twikey provides a platform for managing SEPA mandates and direct debit collections. The product handles the full lifecycle of a recurring payment relationship: digital mandate signing, storage, modification, and collection via SEPA Credit Transfer and Direct Debit schemes.
The platform serves subscription businesses, utilities, and any organization that collects recurring payments in the European banking area. Twikey integrates with accounting systems, ERP platforms, and PSPs to automate what is otherwise a labor-intensive compliance and operations process.
As part of the Ghent Fintech cluster, Twikey occupies a specific and defensible niche in the European payments infrastructure stack.
