TLDR

Vintia is an Ypres-based SaaS & Enterprise Software vendor that develops ticketing, booking, and management software for the leisure and attractions sector, best known for its Recreatex platform used by swimming pools, museums, and recreation centres across Europe.

Overview

Vintia was established in 1990 and is headquartered at Ter Waarde 50 in Ypres, with additional offices in Nijkerk (Netherlands) and London (United Kingdom). The company was formerly known as Gantner Ticketing, with a 35-year history in ticketing software before the rebrand to Vintia, which consolidated several product lines under one brand.

The Vintia portfolio includes Recreatex, an on-premise or hosted ticketing and booking platform that centralizes ticketing, access control, point-of-sale, membership, and reporting for leisure facilities. Other product lines under the Vintia brand include Enviso and Bädersuite, alongside solutions from Michel Consulting, which was integrated into the Vintia brand. Customers span public swimming pools, leisure centres, museums, zoos, and other attractions.

Following the acquisition of Gantner Electronic GmbH by Salto Systems, Vintia became part of the Salto Wecosystem, a federation of access and identification technology brands owned by Salto. Vintia continues to operate from its Belgian base, where its product engineering and customer operations are concentrated.
