Deliverect Acquires Tabesto 2024
Deliverect acquired Tabesto, a French restaurant self-ordering kiosk company, in December 2024 to extend its platform into in-venue ordering.
Tabesto builds self-ordering kiosk software and hardware for quick-service and fast-casual restaurants, allowing guests to place orders without staff interaction. The acquisition gave Deliverect a complementary in-venue ordering layer alongside its existing delivery channel integration.
The deal extended Deliverect's reach from purely delivery-channel management into the full ordering stack, covering both online delivery and in-restaurant self-service. Deliverect had raised $332M in total funding by this point.
