HubSpot, the Boston-based CRM and marketing platform, acquired PieSync in 2020 for an undisclosed sum. The acquisition brought PieSync's real-time, two-way contact synchronization technology into the HubSpot ecosystem, where it was relaunched as part of Operations Hub.
The deal represented a clean exit for the Ghent-based startup and added to Ghent's growing list of international tech acquisitions alongside Henchman and earlier exits.
