Overview

Quantum Biospace is a major TechBio science park under development in Walloon Brabant, near Brussels. At 70,000m2, it is the first dedicated TechBio campus in Belgium, designed to co-locate biotech, medtech, and life sciences companies in a purpose-built research and innovation environment.

The project carries government backing and is developed in partnership with UCLouvain, leveraging the university's strong life sciences research output. Phase 1 is expected to open in mid-2026, making it a significant addition to the Walloon biotech infrastructure.

Notes
