Aaron Brien

Aaron Brien is Regional Managing Director at bluecrux, a role he has held since January 2022, and is based in Dublin. Before joining bluecrux he was Chief Commercial Officer at The Project Foundry from July 2020 to January 2022, and from December 2016 to July 2020 he worked at Gartner in a large enterprise executive role covering financial services.

Between November 2014 and October 2016 he was Managing Director of Grafton Recruitment, and from September 2013 to December 2016 he was owner and director of BroadReach International. He spent eleven years at CPL Resources plc from September 2002, serving as Managing Director until December 2011 and as Group Director until September 2013. Earlier he was CRM Practice Lead at Horizon Technology Group plc, Regional Sales Manager at Siebel Systems, Country Manager at Rand Worldwide and at Parametric Technology Corporation (PTC), and a senior consultant and manager at CPL from 1992 to 1996.

He studied psychology at University College Dublin, followed by a postgraduate diploma in business studies there, and took a postgraduate diploma in international business at Technological University Dublin in 2011.
