Alicia Faridi

Alicia Faridi is the co-founder and chief executive of fabel, a company she has led since March 2022 and which she runs from Hamburg. From September 2017 to March 2022 she was also co-founder and director of operations at BLVU GmbH.

Between October 2018 and March 2022 she worked at Bridgemaker GmbH, first as chief of staff, then as senior governance and portfolio manager from August 2020, and from May 2021 as head of venture service and operations. Earlier she worked in business development and sales at Freshworks from November 2016 to August 2017, in product management at BILD GmbH & Co. KG from March 2015 to March 2016, and in project assistance for fairs and events at T.I.E Group Cologne in 2014.

Faridi holds a Master of Arts in marketing management from The Berlin School of Economics and Law (2017 to 2018) and a Bachelor of Arts in media management, with a focus on sport and event management, from Macromedia University of Applied Sciences (2012 to 2016). She also studied business administration and management at the Universidad Francisco de Vitoria in 2013 and 2014.
