
Allan Segebarth is Chief Executive Officer of cenenergy and is based in Brussels. He took up that role in January 2026, having joined CenEnergy as Chief Operating Officer in July 2023. Before that he worked on AI projects and business development at Geosparc from September 2021 to June 2023, and co-founded MAGGY - Social distancing made easy, which he ran from April 2020 to September 2021. Between August 2017 and January 2020 he was a strategic consultant at Digipolitans. He founded Adsdaq in January 2007 and led it as chief executive until March 2020. Earlier he founded HypeVertising, where he was managing partner from August 2001 to February 2008, and Step-a-site!, which he founded in October 1997 and led as chief executive until 2007. He studied at Koninklijk Atheneum Koekelberg, then took a master's in commercial engineering at the Solvay Brussels School of Economics and Management and studied at the Vrije Universiteit Brussel from 1990 to 1997. He attended Vlerick Business School in 2012 and completed an executive education programme on artificial intelligence and business strategy at the MIT Sloan School of Management in 2020.
