Amélie Alleman

Amélie Alleman is the founder of Betuned, which she started in September 2019, and is based in Brussels. Her stated areas of expertise are recruitment advertising, recruiting, recrutement, internet recruiting and recruitment and retention.

She founded Jobloom in April 2025 and Grow 3.0 in September 2017, and has been an investor with BeAngels since September 2017. She sits on the board of TrustUp.be | We are hiring, a role she took up in June 2018, and has been a member of Réseau Entreprendre Bruxelles since January 2023, joining its board in September 2025. She hosts the podcasts HR Stay tuned, since March 2023, and WIP Club, since November 2025. Between March 2014 and March 2020 she was a board member of Cercle Olympe Brussels.

From July 2009 to December 2018 she was founder and director of Akros Solutions. She joined Modis International in January 2007 as a recruitment consultant in the IT permanent division and led that division's team from March 2009, having previously worked as a management assistant at julaneuve from November 2004.

She studied communication at the Université de Namur and holds a master's in communication and public relations from the Université catholique de Louvain. In 2019 she followed Guberna programmes on director and board effectiveness.
