An Beazar

An Beazar is the CEO of enprove, based in Gent. She founded the company in July 2010 and has served as its founder and managing director since. She has also sat on the board of Energent cvba since September 2020 and has been a member of innovation juries at Agentschap Innoveren & Ondernemen - VLAIO since January 2016. She was a member of the board of directors of the Flanders Symphony Orchestra from September 2018 to December 2025 and of AZ Sint-Blasius from November 2012 to May 2020, and belonged to De Vrijdaggroep - Groupe du Vendredi from February 2017 to September 2020.

Before founding enprove she was commercial director at E-Ster, client sustainability consultant at Summit Energy and lean consultant at Colruyt. In 2012 she was a guest lecturer at the Technology Campus of KAHO Sint-Lieven.

Beazar studied applied physics at Ghent University, graduating as a civil engineer in 2004, and completed a master in music at HOGENT in 2005. She later took courses at Ghent University and at Vlerick Business School, including the KMO Challenge Program in 2015 and Take the Lead in Sustainability in 2022.
