An-Sofie Rombouts

An-Sofie Rombouts is a co-founder of Jointly, a role she took up in November 2025. She is based in Antwerp, and states expertise in UX research, user experience design, workshop facilitation, product strategy and creative concept design. She has been a product designer at Gorilla - Energy Margin Intelligence since August 2024, has hosted a podcast for The Flow Foundry since March 2025, and has taught yoga at Release since December 2022.

Between November 2022 and August 2024 she was a user researcher and strategist at Pàu. Before that she was a user experience consultant at Humix from January 2020 to November 2022, and held a UX consultant role at KBC Bank & Verzekering from August 2020 to September 2021. She also taught yoga at Move To Happiness from 2020 to 2021, and interned at Achilles Design in 2018.

Rombouts studied industrial and product design at the University of Antwerp, completing a master's degree in 2019, and spent 2017 to 2018 at the Bauhaus-Universität Weimar. She has since taken masterclasses and certificates with CXL, Hogeschool PXL and Open Mind Kenniscentrum.
