Andries Geers
Andries Geers is Managing Director of Octopus Accountancy Software, a position he has held since September 2017. Based in Gent, he joined the company in November 2015 in relations and sales for Oost-Vlaanderen, moving to the same function for West-Vlaanderen in September 2016 before taking up his current role.
Earlier in his career he spent August 2015 at Proximedia Belgium as a vertegenwoordiger, following a period as a commercieel medewerker at Crelan from January 2014. He began at the ING Contact Centre, where he was a commercieel medewerker from September 2012 to November 2013.
Geers studied economics at Ghent University, completing a bachelor's degree in 2011 and a master's degree in 2012. From 2002 to 2008 he attended the Sint-Maarten Instituut te Aalst, in Latijn/Wiskunde.
