Ani Khachatryan

Ani Khachatryan is a data scientist and co-founder of Ambiorix, based in Leuven. She co-founded the company in October 2024 and works there as a senior data scientist.

Before that, she was an AI solution engineer at Robovision from June 2023 to July 2024, and a biomedical data scientist at Ectosense from September 2020 to December 2022. Earlier, she completed a data science internship at Synopsys in 2018 and a bioinformatics internship at Harvard University in 2017, and worked as a bioinformatics research assistant at the Institute of Molecular Biology NAS R from October 2015 to December 2016.

She holds a Master of Arts in biomedical informatics from Columbia University, completed in 2020, and a bachelor's degree in biophysics from Yerevan State University, awarded in 2018. During her undergraduate studies she spent 2017 as an exchange student in biophysics at the University of Memphis.
