Anthony Lamot

Anthony Lamot is based in Austin and is co-founder and chief executive of DESelect, which he founded in July 2018 and led until August 2025. Since August 2025 he has been founder and chief executive of Indomitus LLC, and in September 2025 he became chief executive of UNARIC.

From April 2019 to March 2020 he was marketing automation lead at Toyota Motor Europe. Between March 2015 and July 2019 he worked at 4C as a project manager and lead consultant in marketing automation, and from November 2014 to July 2016 he was a business and technology consultant at Waeg. He began his career as a CRM consultant at Deloitte from September 2012 to October 2014. He was a researcher at the University of Bologna from September 2011 to January 2012, and in August 2011 worked as an event manager for The Yacht Week.

Lamot studied at Ghent University, completing a Master of Science in industrial and organisational psychology in 2012.
