Anthony Rathe

Anthony Rathe is a co-founder of Cavell, a company he started in February 2024. He is based in Ghent.

Before Cavell, he spent two years at Oqton, Inc, joining as an AI engineer in February 2022 and becoming a senior AI engineer in July of that year. He was an associate at Boston Consulting Group (BCG) from October 2020 to February 2022, having previously spent the summer of 2019 there as a visiting associate. In 2018 he completed two internships at Crunch Analytics, first as a data scientist and then as a data strategist. From October 2017 to June 2020 he was a student investor at BRIKS, and between June 2017 and February 2019 he co-founded Jack's Preference.

Rathe studied at KU Leuven, taking a bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science and electronics from 2015 to 2018 and a master's degree in engineering, computer science and AI from 2018 to 2020. He attended Sint-Barbaracollege Gent and Collège Saint Benoit de Maredsous.
