Antoine Coppens

Antoine Coppens is co-founder and chief operating officer of relu, based in Leuven. He co-founded the company in October 2018 and has held the role since.

From September 2019 to September 2020 he was an associate consultant at Bain & Company, having previously completed an associate consultant internship there in August and September 2018. Between October 2017 and August 2018 he was energy lead at EPFL Hyperloop. He held three successive roles at Academics for Development, joining as an engineering student consultant in October 2015, serving as president from June 2016 to September 2017 and then as coordinator of partner relations and finance until August 2018.

Coppens studied electrical engineering at KU Leuven, completing a bachelor's degree with a minor in business management in 2016, followed by a Master in Management in accounting and business management in 2017 and a master's degree in engineering sciences: energy in 2019. He also took a master's degree in energy at EPFL between 2017 and 2018.
