Aravind Arivazhagan
Aravind Arivazhagan is a co-founder and chief scientific officer of Bloom Biotech, a position he has held since February 2025. He is based in Antwerp.
Before that he worked at Ivy Farm Technologies, joining as a research associate in August 2023, becoming a senior research associate in July 2024 and then an associate engineer from October 2024 until August 2025. From May 2022 to May 2023 he was a process development scientist at Peace of Meat.
He studied biotechnology at SRM IST Chennai, graduating with a BTech in 2018, and completed a Master of Science in molecular biology at KU Leuven between 2019 and 2021.
