Arnaud Collard
Arnaud Collard is the co-founder and chief executive of blue-armor-fish-health, and is based in Liège. Since October 2014 he has also worked at the Service public de Wallonie as a specialist in energy policy.
He studied at the University of Liège between 2000 and 2010, graduating with a Master of Engineering in electromechanics and aerospace engineering, and followed several language courses in English, Dutch and German at Le Forem in 2013 and 2014.
