Arnaud Gielen

Arnaud Gielen is Chief Operating Officer at Newpharma, based in Liège, a role he took up in June 2025 after three years as the company's head of operations from February 2022. Since February 2016 he has also been a co-owner of 4Design S.C.S.

He joined Newpharma from bpost, where he worked in the AI division from March 2017 to February 2022, first as a senior internal auditor and audit practice leader for MSO, then as planning manager at the Industrial Mail Center LiègeX from April 2018, and subsequently as production manager and senior production manager at the same centre. Before that he spent from October 2011 to March 2017 at AGC as an internal auditor and then senior internal auditor, and in 2011 he was financial and administrative manager at Decathlon Belgium.

Gielen holds a master's degree in business administration and management from HEC Liège, completed in 2010, and a bachelor's degree in international business from HELMo, during which he spent an Erasmus period at Durham University in 2007.
