Arthur Lian
Arthur Lian is Chief Technology Officer of CIOC Energy, a position he has held since November 2023. He is based in Brussels.
Before that he spent six years at Telenet group, joining in March 2017 as a technology specialist and serving from December 2017 to June 2023 as chief engineer of the Telenet Innovation Center. He came to Telenet from ZTE, where he was a wireless product manager at ZTE Corporation from July 2014 and then technical solutions manager at ZTE Belgium NV from December 2015 to February 2017.
Lian studied embedded electronics engineering at Lund University, completing a master's degree there between 2011 and 2013.
