Azi Doost
Azi Doost is a co-founder and the chief operating officer of Pal, a role she has held since January 2022. She is based in Amsterdam.
Before founding Pal, she was an entrepreneur in residence at Antler from September to December 2021. Between January 2019 and August 2021 she worked independently as a freelance operations lead. Earlier she spent more than three years at Oliv, joining as a project manager in September 2015 and serving as vice president of operations from September 2017 until December 2018. From April 2013 to January 2015 she was a project manager at Desert Group.
Doost studied architectural technology at the University of Brighton and holds a Bachelor of Science in construction project management from Heriot-Watt University.
