Bart Van Miegem

Bart Van Miegem is a co-founder of Kasqade, where he has served as co-founder and chief technology officer since December 2025. He is based in Berlare. He has also worked as a full-stack engineer at Softsight since April 2019.

From April 2024 to February 2026 he was an engineering manager at Duco. Before that he spent five years at Metamaze, where he was head of engineering from April 2019 to March 2024. He worked as a software engineer at TomTom from October 2017 to April 2019, and as a web and mobile engineer at Codifly from October 2016 to September 2017. In August 2014 he worked as an IT technician at Tupperware Belgium NV.

Van Miegem studied at Sint-Jozefscollege Aalst from 2007 to 2012 and then at Ghent University, where he completed a Master of Computer Science, Industrial Science, in 2016.
