Bart Van Vooren
Bart Van Vooren is the CEO of HyperFast, a role he has held since July 2023. He is based in Overijse.
Before joining HyperFast, he was Group Energy and Sustainability Manager at Montea from November 2020 to February 2023, and business unit manager for renewable energy at Encon NV - Energy Consultancy, Engineering, Contracting between November 2018 and July 2020. He was chief operating officer of Eoluz NV from 2015 to 2017, and managing director and CEO of Sunthing from 2008 to 2015 and of Portal sa from 2006 to 2007.
His career began at De Brandt nv, where he worked as a project leader from 1992 to 1995. He then spent more than a decade at Dywidag-Systems International nv, first as a project manager and from 1999 as general manager, before serving as regional CEO for the Benelux at Dywidag Systems International from 2005 to 2006.
He studied civil engineering, specialising in construction, at the Vrije Universiteit Brussel from 1986 to 1992, after secondary education at the Koninklijk Atheneum Brasschaat.
