Bart Verstrynge
Bart Verstrynge is the founder and CEO of Breed Bio, a company he started in January 2024. He is based in Limburg.
He co-founded Secury360 in September 2019 and has owned Holotect since February 2015, holding both positions to the present day.
From October 2015 until January 2024 he was CTO at UgenTec, and during the final year of that period, from January 2023 to January 2024, he was also Senior Vice President of Technology at Velsera. Earlier he worked as a software engineer at Lighthouse from June to October 2015, and at 3P from September 2012 to May 2015.
Verstrynge studied science and mathematics at Virga-Jessecollege Hasselt, took a bachelor's degree in computer science at Hasselt University from 2007 to 2010, and completed a master's in civil engineering: computer science at KU Leuven in 2012. He followed the Business Essentials management programme at Vlerick Business School from 2019 to 2020.
