Baudouin Denis

Baudouin Denis is co-founder and chief executive of ecoshift, a company he co-founded in September 2024 and where he took up the chief executive role in August 2025. He is based in Brussels. In 2026 he became a board member of écoconso and of ConsomAction, and he is a member of Kaya - Belgian Coalition of Ecopreneurs.

Denis spent his earlier career with the BMW Group, which he joined in 1991 in France as an intern before working there as a marketing assistant, network development assistant and field manager until 1998. He then held retail network development and used car responsibilities and later sales and marketing roles for the BMW Group Region Asia-Pacific, followed by sales and marketing direction in the Philippines from 2002. He was marketing director for Belgium-Luxembourg from 2004 and for France from 2009, then led BMW Group Hungary from 2013, BMW Group Poland from 2017 and BMW Group Norway from 2020 until August 2024.

He studied at EBS Paris - European Business School from 1987 to 1991.
