Benjamin DAMIEN

Benjamin Damien is Chief Executive Officer of sagitta-biotech and is based in Lorient. Since August 2025 he has also been responsible for integration at Pixel sur Mer.

He worked at Groupe Snef as a charge d'affaire in naval electricity from October 2023 to July 2025. Before that he was a project site coordinator at Equans BeLux in the first half of 2023, and a consultant at Abylsen Belgium from January 2021 to June 2023, during which period he was system architect for tram signalling at STIB-MIVB from October 2021 to December 2022 and responsible for an electricity lot at Valens SA/NV in 2021.

At Veolia Belgium & Luxembourg he was maintenance team leader from November 2017, then project engineer, then responsible for works until December 2020. He joined ALTEN BELGIUM as a junior consultant on a VIE contract in October 2017. Earlier roles include a heat pump programming and regulation position at Icam - Institut Catholique d'Arts et Métiers in 2017, a social and quality audit internship at SGS in 2015, and a logistics engineering apprenticeship at KIABI from 2014 to 2017.

He studied at Icam - Institut Catholique d'Arts et Métiers, taking a BTS in the industrialisation of mechanical products and an engineering degree in general studies between 2012 and 2017.
