Benjamin Laga
Laga brings more than 20 years of international seed business and plant biotechnology experience, including a role as Global Head for Plant Biotech Research at BASF. He co-founded Protealis with researchers from VIB and ILVO to address Europe's plant protein deficit by developing superior, locally adapted soy and legume varieties. The company is now commercial-stage with nine early maturity soy varieties on the market and is backed by V-Bio Ventures and PMV.
