Bert Van Pottelberghe

Bert Van Pottelberghe is the managing director of Cloudstar - Hosting for web agencies, a role he has held since October 2011. He is based in Gent, and since the same month he has also run nomeo as its manager.

Before that he spent six months at Telenet group in 2011 as product and marketing manager for professional hosting and security. That followed a decade at Hostbasket, which he joined in May 2001 and where he was products and marketing director until April 2011. He began his recorded career at Real Software, where he was a business unit manager from November 1996 to May 2001.

He studied at Hogeschool Antwerpen from 1991 to 1995, qualifying as an industrieel ingenieur in electronics and computer engineering.
