Bert Verelst

Bert Verelst is the owner of astrenergie, a position he has held since February 2011. He is based in Brussels.

Before that, he worked at PepsiCo from 1998 until 2010, where he was processing and aseptic tankfarm manager and processing manager.

Verelst studied at KU Leuven between 1989 and 1995, and trained as a cook at Spermalie Hotel & Toerismeschool from 2004 to 2010. In 2010 he completed a qualification as an energy expert type A at Sint-Lukas Brussel. He also attended Sint-Jan Berchmansollege.
