
Carl Berge is the owner of ArchX, a role he took up in September 2024. He has been the owner of ArchX Telecom since January 2014 and the owner of XatraX since August 1999. Between April 2015 and December 2018 he was a director at Starfisk.
Earlier in his career he was a junior sales manager at Canon from 1997 to 1998, and worked in direct marketing at IBM from 1995 to 1996.
Berge studied law at the Université de Namur, where he completed a bachelor's degree between 1988 and 1990, and at KU Leuven, where he took a master's degree in law from 1991 to 1994. He spent 1992 and 1993 studying international law at the Universitat de Barcelona, and from 1994 to 1995 followed a master's programme in the general management of small and medium companies at the Flemish Institute of Independent Entrepreneurship. He attended Sint-Bernarduscollege Oudenaarde from 1982 to 1988 in the Latin-Mathematics stream.
