Carlo Schots

Carlo Schots is chief executive officer of Dropsolid, a role he took up in June 2025. He is based in Ghent. He has also been owner of Jucam bv since April 2009 and co-founder and co-owner of Vintations Wines and More since June 2021.

Before joining Dropsolid he was at Xylos, where he was business unit manager for cloud and data from January 2024 and then chief business development officer from October 2024 until June 2025. He was sales director at Business & Decision Belgium from 2020 to 2023, and spent the preceding years at Ordina Belgium, joining in October 2011 as senior key account manager and solution sales specialist and holding roles including business unit manager SAP SMB, business development manager for internet of things and head of the connected intelligent enterprise until January 2020. Earlier he was sales director at Ctac, an account manager at SAP, and held business consultant, sales coordinator and sales and marketing manager roles at Ascom Holding AG from 2000 to 2006.

Between March 2021 and June 2025 he organised classic car rallies for Royal Herakles Hockey Club. He studied business administration and advanced business administration at CMO and quality management at SVS.
