Caroline Baeten

Caroline Baeten is the founder and CEO of dressr, a company she founded in November 2020. She is based in Brussels.

Before that, she worked at Movify from October 2016 to February 2020, first as a business manager and then, from July 2019, as a senior business manager and sales coach. In 2016 she carried out an MBA project at Anheuser-Busch InBev for Vlerick Business School. Earlier in her career she was a business manager at Caitena from 2013 to 2015, a procurement officer at *Retail from 2012 to 2013, a legal officer at the Dept. of Justice from 2011 to 2012, and an account officer at Proximus from 2009 to 2011.

Baeten completed a Master of Business Administration at Vlerick Business School in 2016 and studied international business at BiMBA at Peking University the same year. She holds a Master in Criminology from KU Leuven, obtained in 2009.
