Cedric De Vleeschauwer

Cedric De Vleeschauwer has spent his career at the intersection of high-growth Belgian SaaS companies and ecosystem building. He came to prominence as Sr. Director of Business Development and Partnerships EMEA at Showpad, where he was part of the EMEA leadership team. That experience gave him deep familiarity with the Flemish SaaS operator community.

After Showpad, Cedric joined Alan as General Manager for Belgium, overseeing strategic vision and operational execution for the French digital insurance scale-up's Belgian expansion.

Earlier in his career, Cedric co-founded Proudfield and Recrooter, two smaller ventures that showcased his entrepreneurial instincts before his larger operator roles. He was also connected to Netlog, the Ghent social network, in an early capacity.

In 2024, Cedric co-founded Warren (Warren), a workplace financial wellness platform. The company raised EUR 3M from investors in 2024. Warren helps employees reduce financial stress and build long-term financial security through employer-sponsored tools. The founding team was assembled from alumni of Metamaze, Alan, Showpad, KBC, Henchman, and Silverfin. David Du Pre, also a Showpad alumni, is among the co-founders.

Cedric has also been vocal about the Belgian tech ecosystem, publicly referring to Lorenz Bogaert as "the Don" of Belgian tech.

Cedric is a product of the Showpad and Alan operator generation: high-growth, internationally oriented, and with deep network roots in Flemish tech. Warren is his bet that the financial wellness category can be anchored through employer distribution in Belgium and beyond.
