Celine Pfister

Celine Pfister is chief executive officer of Bolero, a role she took up in April 2024, and a general manager at KBC. She is based in Brussels.

She joined KBC Bank & Verzekering in August 2008 as senior process manager for finance, and from May 2012 led the bank accounting application management team. She headed SME credits and real estate from November 2013, then SME credits from September 2014 to September 2017, before moving to ICT as head of ICT payments, cards and output and, from December 2019, SAFe delivery manager for payments and cards. She was general manager ICT corporate and investments from December 2020 to December 2022, and general manager commercial banking policy from January 2023 to May 2024.

Between 2002 and 2007 she was an adviser on EU public affairs at Siemens AG, European Union Affairs.

She holds an International MBA from Vlerick Business School, a master's degree in political science from the University of Sussex, and a master's degree in political science and European studies from Sciences Po Strasbourg.
