Charles D'Haeye

Charles D'Haeye is Chief Executive Officer of Kitry, a role he took up in December 2025. He is based in Brussels. Since October 2019 he has also worked at CDA Consult on general management, business development and M&A.

From October 2021 to November 2025 he was Business Unit Manager for the Pharmacy division at Corilus. Before that he was Transformation Director at Securitas Belgium from 2015 to 2019, a manager at Kearney from 2011 to 2015, a consultant at Beijaflore from 2010 to 2011 and a project manager at ACOServices from 2008 to 2010.

D'Haeye holds a Master of Science in information processing from the Faculté Polytechnique de Mons, obtained in 2007, and studied information processing at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign the same year. He went on to complete a general management programme at the Solvay Brussels School of Economics and Management, an executive master in corporate finance at Vlerick Business School, an executive master in innovation management at the Université catholique de Louvain, an executive master in self leadership at the University of Antwerp, an executive master in communication and digital marketing at Solvay, and postgraduate studies in big data and analytics at KU Leuven.
