Charles De Groote

Charles De Groote co-founded Sortlist in 2014 alongside Thibaut Vanderhofstadt, Nicolas Finet, and Michael Valette while still a student. The founding team were running their own digital agency and recognized a repeated problem: companies struggled to find the right agency partner. Sortlist has since grown to serve 120,000+ companies annually across Belgium, France, Spain, Germany, the Netherlands, and MENA, raising approximately EUR 15M in total.
