Christian Vermeiren

Christian Vermeiren is the owner of ethernetics and is based in Brussels. He has been the owner of Varioza BV - SRL since August 2015, and was chairman of Ethernetics from March 2023 to September 2024.

He was chairman of T-Power NV from August 2005 to August 2019 and its managing director from September 2015 to August 2019, and served as a director of FEBEG between May 2015 and August 2019. He joined Tessenderlo Group in 1991 as commercial director of Produits Chimiques de Loos, then held roles there as business development manager from 1997 to 2006, sales manager fertilizers from 2001 to 2002, group director business development from 2006 to 2009, and group divestment and alliances support director from 2009 to August 2015.

Earlier, he was marketing and sales manager for petrochemicals at UCB from 1981 to 1991, an applications consultant at Tymshare Belgium (Cegos group) from 1980 to 1982, and a marketing assistant at Unilever from 1978 to 1979. He studied at the Solvay Brussels School of Economics and Management, qualifying as ingénieur commercial in 1978.
