Christophe Boulanger
Christophe Boulanger is Chief Executive Officer of IDtech - Access Control & Time Management, a role he has held since August 2020. He is based in Belgium.
Between February 2018 and December 2022 he was Senior Independent Director at the Royal Yachting Association (RYA). Before that he spent two decades with Shell. He was Vice President at Shell Global Solutions from August 2013 to May 2018, and at Shell International he held a succession of roles: Managing Director from May 1997, Commercial Manager from August 2000, Lubricants Transition Manager from October 2002, Vice President Africa from January 2004, and Programme Director of the Downstream One Programme from August 2007 to December 2013.
He studied mechanical engineering at the Université catholique de Louvain, graduating as ingénieur civil mécanicien in 1985, took an MSc in engineering at the University of Delaware in 1987, and completed an MBA at INSEAD in 1994.
