Christophe Gregoire

Christophe Gregoire is Directeur Technique & Operations and COO of ASTRID, a role he has held since January 2014, and he has been a member of the organisation's management board since February 2025. He is based in Brussels.

Gregoire joined ASTRID in June 2000 as an R&D RCS/EUE engineer and has spent his career there since, working as programme manager from 2002 to 2007, operations manager from 2007 to 2011, and manager of PMO and quality assurance from 2011 to 2014, before serving as interim director for technical and operations between September 2013 and January 2014.

Prior to ASTRID he served in the Belgian Air Force, first as a telecom officer with 1 Wing from 1993 to 1995 and then as NavAids system manager at Be Air Staff until May 2000.

He studied at the Royal Military Academy in Belgium from 1989 to 1993 and completed a master's degree in management at IAG, Louvain School of Management, UCL, in 2006. He obtained an EXIN ITIL Service Manager certification in 2009 and an APMG ITIL Expert V3 certification in 2011.
