Christophe Laduron

Christophe Laduron is CEO and Executive Producer at Polygon Valley, a role he took up in March 2024. He is based in Héron and gives his areas of expertise as training, project management, video game development and information technology. Since August 2023 he has also taught video game producing and project management at the Haute École Albert Jacquard (HEAJ), where he coordinates internships.

His connection with HEAJ dates back to October 2004, when he joined as a psychopédagogue, a post he held until 2016. He went on to work there as a technopédagogue, to coordinate the school's research centre, to carry out research in educational technology, to coordinate e-learning and, from 2022 to 2023, to coordinate the master's degree in the video game industry.

In parallel he worked at the Université de Liège between 2016 and 2021 as a researcher in educational technology at the CRIFA, an academic tutor and a maître de conférence, and was a PhD candidate there from 2020 to 2022. He served as an administrateur of SynHERA and of Walga.be, was a trainer and consultant with AMPLI asbl from 2012 to 2021, and lectured and trained trainers for IFAPME from 2002 to 2022. Earlier he was a primary school teacher for the Fédération Wallonie-Bruxelles, pedagogical director for the Province de Luxembourg and, briefly in 2004, a psychology teacher at the Institut de la Saint-Famille Virton.

Laduron studied at the Haute École Robert Schuman (HERS), qualifying as a primary school teacher, then took a master's in educational sciences and an agrégation at the University of Liège, a CAPAES in psychopédagogie from the Fédération Wallonie Bruxelles, and a university certificate in distance tutoring and educational technology from the University of Liège.
