Christophe Niclaes

Christophe Niclaes is the owner of Altaneos, a position he has held since June 2017. He is based in Andenne and works in electronics hardware design, embedded software, medical devices and product R&D.

Before founding Altaneos, he spent close to fourteen years at Develtech, where he was operation manager from November 2003 to May 2017. From 1998 to 2003 he was R&D manager at ADTech.

Niclaes studied electrical engineering at the University of Liège, completing a Master of Engineering between September 1993 and June 1998. He had previously followed the Humanités Générales programme at the Athénée Royal François Bovesse de Namur from 1987 to 1993, after attending the Ecole Communale d'Erpent from 1979 to 1987.
