Christophe Novalet

Christophe Novalet is Chief Technology Officer at PIMALION, based in Namur. He joined the company in July 2015 as an AI solution architect and took up his current role in January 2023. His stated areas of expertise are agentic AI development, AI agents, generative AI, context engineering and retrieval-augmented generation.

Before PIMALION he was head of technology at Hello Agency in 2015, and prior to that a front-end developer at EVS Broadcast Equipment from 2014 to 2015. He was technical lead at Le Forem from 2012 to 2014 and chief creative and technology at Starfish Media from 2012 to 2013. In 2011 he founded Favebucket, where he worked on cloudware development, search and natural language processing until 2018.

Earlier in his career he consulted for Truvo on content and data curation and search engines, and for Elia Group as a .NET software engineer. He worked at EBP on front-end development and user experience, at McKinsey & Company as a .NET front-end developer, and at adrénaline as a design and UX specialist from 2003 to 2008. He ran neolusion from 1999 to 2003 and began as a web designer at pointnet in 1997.
