Christophe Schmidt
Christophe Schmidt is COO of Paynovate, a position he has held since October 2023, and is based in Brussels. Since January 2020 he has also been the owner and a management consultant at OPCM Consulting.
From October 2014 to March 2019 he was international line of business executive for CBK Chargeback Solutions at FIS. He had joined Clear2Pay in November 2005 as head of CBK professional services, and from January 2009 to October 2014 was vice president for chargeback.
Schmidt began his career at EFT Consultants in January 1999 as a junior consultant, becoming senior consultant and business development manager in July 2001 and then operations director and senior consultant from January 2004 until October 2005. During 1998 he served as a reserve officer in the French Army on military service.
He studied at Ichec Brussels Management School from 1993 to 1997.
