Daan Raemdonck

Daan Raemdonck is a co-founder of Koppie, which he started in November 2022, and is based in Gent. Since January 2022 he has also worked on a self-employed basis in management consultancy through Aurendee, and since March 2017 he has been a guest lecturer and course holder at Vlerick Business School, EDHEC Business School and Ghent University, among others.

From September 2022 to June 2023 he was commercial director at Picnic Technologies. He held roles at Danone as global marketing director for plant-based innovation and portfolio, To Drink, from May 2017 to September 2019, and as programme director and sales lead during 2021. At Alpro he was international marketing manager for To Drink from September 2016 to May 2017 and marketing director of the Alpro business unit from September 2019 to January 2022. He began his career at Bain & Company, where he interned as an associate consultant in 2010 and returned from October 2011 to September 2016 as a manager and case team leader.

He studied applied economics and commercial engineering at Ghent University, completing a bachelor's degree in 2009 and a master's in commercial engineering and big data engineering in 2011, with a period at the University of Nebraska at Omaha in 2009.
