David Arnold
David Arnold is a co-founder of policyspeak and is based in New York City. Since 2004 he has been a senior vice president at GE Vernova. Earlier, he was a research analyst at Chicago Partners from 2001 to 2002, and an assistant analyst at the Congressional Budget Office from 1998 to 2000. He holds a BA in economics from Carleton College and an MBA in finance from the Yale School of Management.
