David Bradford

David Bradford is the CEO of novio-sound and is based in Tallahassee. Since March 2022 he has also been Director of Enterprise Project Management at the State Board of Administration of Florida.

He worked for the Florida Department of Children and Families across several periods, as Systems Programming Administrator from July 2012 to June 2014 and then as Systems Program Administrator and Senior Management Analyst Supervisor from February and March 2015 until March 2022. Between those spells at the department he was a project manager at F5 Networks from July 2014 to March 2015. Earlier he was a senior Exchange administrator at ACS, a Xerox Company, a senior project manager at Presidio Networked Solutions, and worked in the project management office of the Florida Department of Law Enforcement from May 2006 to March 2011. He was Network Manager at the Florida Department of Financial Services from 2003 to 2005 and Manager of Network Services at Advanced Systems Design from 1996 to 2003.

Bradford studied criminology at Florida State University, and attended Leon High School.
